Previous incidents

The "Accepted At" timestamps for older messages have been corrected. Some anomalies may still be visible - for example, not all delivery attempts for a message may be showing yet. These will appear as we continue to process the remaining corrections.

We are aware of an ongoing issue affecting email delivery to iCloud.com mailboxes. Some messages may be delayed or not delivered. Our team is actively investigating the root cause. We will post an update as soon as we have more information.

Our technical team has a applied a workaround at 08:39 CET to restore normal functionality. We are continuing to monitor the situation.
